What are the DAC Marshal Reviews, Tambaram, Chennai?

A relative of mine recommended this project when I told them I am looking to invest in some property in Chennai. When I visited it, its area and amenities impressed me. But the thing that appealed to me the most was the DAC Marshal address and the locational advantages it offers. It is in proximity with most institutions a family needs for convenience and ease of living. 

• The Alwin Memorial School is less than 1km away and there are a lot of other schools in less than 5km distance I can choose from for my kid. 

• For college kids, Bharath University is just 1km away. 

• For hospitals, both Bharath Medical College and Hospital and New Life Hospital are under 2.5km away. 

• There are even a few temples nearby for everyday prayers and rituals. It is even close to corporate hubs, with The Tambaram MEPZ being just 4.6 km away. 

• And if we need to commute, both The Tambaram Bus Stand and the Tambaram railway station are less than 5km away. 

Such a convenient location, along with other amenities and a reasonable price, made me invest in a 3BHK on this property.

When I was looking to invest in a good property in East Tambaram, Chennai, I came across DAC Marshal reviews. I liked the initial appeal of it, so I looked up what it has to offer. I found out that they have a gym for people like me who love to work out and a home theatre for an immersive cinematic experience. They even have a creche which is really convenient since I have a small child. They also have a multipurpose hall and a media room. 

This project even has an indoor play area along with a swimming pool. Such modern amenities really appealed to me. Then I found out the DAC Marshal price, which is from Rs. 89 Lakh onwards based on your chosen unit size. The project is even RERA approved. The DAC Marshal RERA Number is TN/35/Building/0386/2024. I am now looking forward to visiting this project sometime soon.
