What are the Dac Medallion, Medavakkam, Chennai Reviews?

For a long time, we have been planning to invest in a good property and after hearing a positive DAC Medallion review from a friend living near the project, we finally visited it in May. I and my husband were both smitten by its beauty. It's such a beautiful project and, at the same time, is aesthetically pleasing. Some notable specifications of this project are:

• The DAC Medallion RERA number has already been assigned so be sure that this project abides by the building laws and has no litigation surrounding it.

• As for DAC Medallion unit configuration, this project has both 2 and 3 BHK properties ranging from 1036 sq ft to 1445 sq ft

• There are only 125 apartments available here

• The DAC Medallion price starts from Rs 84 lakhs onwards.

• It offers excellent connectivity, ensuring hassle-free commuting to and from the project

We are all set to book a property here but since the DAC Medallion possession date is set for 2028 September, we are not rushing. If possible, I will share an update after our next visit there.

Hi. I was looking for an investment opportunity around Medavakkam and discovered this project. I read the reviews posted by others and since most of the information is out there, let me tell you about the other aspects of this project. I’ll begin with the amenities, which the builder has worked on in my opinion. There’s a seating area for senior citizens, a unisex gym, a billiards table, an outdoor play area, an aerobic area and more. 

The DAC Medallion possession date is September 2028, which is a bit late for us as we are looking to place the house on rent by the next year. Still, we are not placing it out of consideration. I checked the DAC Medallion RERA number, which is TN/35/BUILDING/ 0436/2023. The Dac Medallion construction status is that it is under construction at present. So, if you are looking for a luxurious property in Chennai, you can consider this.

I was attracted by the DAC Medallion address which is in the Medavakkam area of Chennai. Be it public transport or hospitals, everything is located nearby. For example, The Medavakkam Koot Road Metro CMRL Phase -II is about 2 km, and the Arun and KPP Hospitals are also not that far. 

As far as the DAC Medallion 2BHK price and the DAC Medallion 3BHK price are concerned, I couldn’t get the breakdown, but the starting price is Rs. 84 lakhs. I feel the rate is a little high but given the overall features, we have kept this project under consideration.

Hey, I can help you by sharing my DAC Medallion review. I actually went to the site and asked about the details of the project from their team. The project has 2 and 3 BHK homes with a total of 125 apartments across a land of 1.33 acres. The building will follow a structure of S+5 floors. Apart from all of this, the area of the homes here ranges between 1036 to 1445 sq. ft. I felt that the property is on the high-end side and is quite luxurious. We’ve been looking for a property like this and have added it to our consideration list of projects. 

I’d say you should give this project a visit to understand if this is the ideal property for you or not. I give the project a rating of 8 out of 10.
