What are the DAC Parantaka, Madambakkam, Chennai Reviews?

Hi. I saw you were looking for a review regarding this project and I can share mine with you. Located in Madambakkam, the overall area of this project is decent enough with good commute options and closeness to markets, parks, and temples. 

The amenities here are something that caught my eye as there is a children’s play area on the stilt floor,  a landscaped terrace, a gym, yoga pods, and more.

The DAC Parantaka Possession date is March of 2026, which is suitable for us as we are looking to move in by early 2026. In my opinion, you should first give this a project and then decide how you feel about it.

So my partner and I have been in search of a good 2 BHK in the city since the beginning of this year and we finally made the booking after visiting this project by DAC. There are 2 and 3 BHK flats here with a tower configuration of S plus 3 floors. 

What we liked the best was the balance of features with decent pricing. The area of the homes here ranges between 833 to 1395, which in our opinion is a good figure. 

The DAC Parantaka 2BHK price starts at Rs. 64 lakhs and given the quality of materials and intricacy of work, we felt this is the right property for us.

Hey, I went to get more details about this project by DAC a while ago. I read a lot of DAC Parantaka reviews before checking out the property as I have already been to many projects in the last month or so and only wanted to see ones that are worth it.

I can say that this project is a good option if you are looking for a flat in Chennai. The DAC Parantaka location is an advantage, as the locality of Madambakkam is quite good at present. The Airport and Kilambakkam Bus Terminal are 30 minutes away from the project, with the Madambakkam Shivan Kovil Bus Stop about 2 km away. Apart from this, reputed hospitals like Chellam and ATH are within 2.5 km away, so the locality has a good balance of essentials and a good area in Chennai to live in.

The DAC Parantaka project area is 0.22 acre with 2 and 3 BHK flats with a total of 23 apartments. So, the population density isn’t high, which is something we have been looking for as well. Overall, I see this as a good investment and you should give it a visit once.
