What are the DAC Prathyangira Reviews Sholinganallur, Chennai?

I got interested in this project mainly because of the DAC Prathyangira location. It is located near my in-laws' house so residing there will be beneficial for both families. The project is just near Ellen Sharma Gardens, Balaji Nagar Road, Sholinganallur. I visited this project in March and learned that:

• The DAC Prathyangira project area is 1 acre and has only a single building comprising 163 units

• The DAC Prathyangira price list is between Rs 98 lakhs to Rs 1.6 crores

• It is a RERA-approved project and the ID is: TN/29/BUILDING/0189/2023 DATED 05/05/2023

• The apartments here range from 1258 to 3007 sq ft

• 4 exclusive penthouses are also available here so if you want, you can invest in them as well

I feel the project is worth investing in; hence, I would recommend you check it out yourself at least once.

Rather than believing any DAC Prathyangira reviews, I went to check it out myself and found the project quite mesmerising. The entire project plan seems wonderful, especially its amenities:

• Rooftop swimming pool

• Dedicated and spacious games room

• Rooftop party area

• Gym

• Table tennis

• Air hockey playing space

• Video game room and many more

However, since the DAC Prathyangira Possession date is a bit far, March 2028, we are planning to wait a couple of years more before investing here. I would suggest you do the same but can assure you that this project is worth investing in. I will rate it 4/ 5 as of now.

My friend is interested in this project and the DAC Prathyangira 2bhk price she mentioned also seemed reasonable. The 2 BHKs are between Rs 82.4 lakhs and Rs 92 lakhs and their area is 1258 sq ft. Based on the floor size, the apartments the project is promising are going to be spacious. I have seen 3 BHKs of 1200 sq ft sold at a higher price so if you are getting 2 BHK so big, you can definitely invest.

As for the DAC Prathyangia 3BHK price, I remember her mentioning Rs 97 lakhs as the starting price yet I would request that you re-confirm it with their sales team. Their 3 BHKs are spacious too, ranging from 1476 sq ft to 1904 sq ft.
