The location is strategic with its close proximity to MSRTC, Kurla Bus Station (W) bus stops , Jagruti Nagar, and Asalpha metro stations. There are also several hospitals nearby like the Seven Hills Hospital, Noble Plus Hospital. Though the location of this project is superb, the only con is that this place is located near the R-City Mall, so heavy traffic is there in rush hours due to narrow roads.
