So I heard about this company through my friend who said he had a good experience. But, my experience was far from good. So, I am sharing my Decent Packers and Cargo Movers Bangalore review to share my disappointing experience.I felt their pricing was on the higher side because of the ordinary packaging they did. The quality of the material used for packing my items was cheap. 

They broke some items and didn’t even compensate me for it. The person on the other line has no sense of talking to the customer. They should work with the whole team and train them before working. 

The company’s service is horrible and I want you to warn you by writing this ecent Packers and Cargo Movers Bangalore review. I don’t think they are reliable at all. They took the complete payment from me and then asked me to follow up on the shipment. However, it’s been a week and I haven’t been able to track my goods. Their customer service is of no use as they don’t receive your call no matter what. The people have no courtesy for the customer. I regret choosing their service and urge you to find someone professional instead.

My experience of taking the service of Decent Packers and Movers was pathetic. They damaged my fridge, washing machine and table while shifting and unloading. I am beyond frustrated with the company for the negligence made by their team. I expected better service and professionalism after having paid the amount. The delivery time was okay as a whole but the experience was not up to the mark. I recommend you book someone else for your house shifting in Bangalore.

I booked their service for the second time in two years after a good experience the first time. But, this time, it was the complete opposite. They were careless and casual in packing stuff. They argued with me for no reason. They downloaded the items in a rush and went away. 

I had 40 boxes unpacked except for the bed, dining table, washing machine and fridge.

I also came across some damage done to my items. The poor packing and shifting led to damaging my LED TV and other items. I am unhappy with Decent Packers and Cargo Movers’ service this time.
