The homes here are pretty huge. A friend of mine recommended we visit the site to see the flats. Many things attracted us as far as the project is concerned. The Deevyashakti Amara unit size of the 3 BHK ranges from 1703 sq. ft. to 2233 sq. ft., which is really spacious.
Another thing is the neoclassic architecture here, which we haven’t come across anywhere else. There are 3 towers in the project with ground plus 9 floors in every tower. There’s going to be a lot of space in the open, too.
In the house interior, they’ll be using premium quality acrylic emulsion paint and the external paint will have a textured finish. For the flooring, they are going with vitrified flooring and a wooden finish on the balcony. All these things have convinced us to go for the flat.

We booked a 2 BHK apartment a few months ago in Deevyashakti Amara, which is in Rajendra Nagar. The project is under construction at the moment. The flats are being built keeping luxury in mind, something which we’ve been looking for. The house is pretty big with over 1500 sq. ft. in area. There’s a 24,000 sq. ft. clubhouse along with other amenities like a theatre, banquet hall, cafe, beauty parlour, infinity pool on the rooftop, guest rooms, supermarket and co-working space. The Deevyashakti Amara possession date is set for November 2028, which suits our timeline, too.

Hi. I am writing this Deevyashakti Amara review as I recently went to see the flat available here. My family and I were impressed by some of the features offered here. I’ll first start by talking about the location, which is in Gaganpahad, Rajendra Nagar. Aparna Mall is just 3 minutes while the Inner Ring Road is 7 minutes from the site. The upcoming Forum Mall and Outer Ring Road are also just 10 minutes from here. For commuting, the upcoming metro station at Shamshabad can be reached within 15 minutes. The best part is that you can reach the Shamshabad International Airport in 20 minutes. All these aspects make the Deevyashakti Amara location a big advantage.
There are 426 flats in total in a land area spanning 5 acres. Out of the 5 acres of land, 70 percent is open space, so we’ll have lots of room to be in nature.
We liked the 2.5 BHK flat, but the Deevyashakti Amara unit configuration also has 3 BHK apartments. In all, this is a great option to consider. We are making the booking in a few days.
