They quoted me a fair price, but there were significant delays in the pickup. Their communication during this time was poor, and I didn’t receive updates until I followed up multiple times.
Eventually, I cancelled the service as I didn’t trust that my vehicles would be delivered on time. I expected more reliability and transparency from their team, especially for such an important service. I finally went with the NoBroker Vehicle Shifting service. They packed and shifted my vehicle safely. Not even a single scratch was there.

Apart from that, I found a few scratches on my coffee table after the move, and some wrong boxes I received. The damages were frustrating, and although the staff apologised, I’m unsure if I’d hire them again for a larger move because of these issues.

I considered Desire Relocation for their warehouse and storage services during our home renovation. The staff was polite, and the pricing was reasonable. However, when I visited the storage unit, it wasn’t as clean or secure as I expected. The facility seemed a bit run-down, and I didn’t feel confident leaving my valuables there. Though their customer service was good, I decided against using their storage services because of concerns about the overall maintenance of the facility.
