What are the Diamond Garden Chembur, Mumbai Reviews?

Commuting to my office is a hassle, and because of that, I was looking for an apartment close to it. I learned about this project from a banner ad while going to the office. I visited the project and learned about the amenities and price. The executive also told me about the locational advantages of the project, which are

• Apollo Spectra Hospitals, 1.8 km

• Sai Hospital, 1.7 km

After learning about all these details, I have decided to purchase a unit here. Now, I am just waiting on a few paperwork.

A colleague of mine told me about this project as I was looking for a 3 BHK.  I decided to visit the project but before that I checked a few Diamond Garden Reviews. During my visit, I asked about the Diamond Garden price list. The executive told me that the starting price of 3 BHK apartments in the project is Rs. 3.47 Crore. He also informed me about the various amenities they have. As everything seemed perfect to me, I decided to purchase a unit there. 

I visited the Diamond Garden location, which is Basant Garden, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400071, along with my father. We were looking for a 3BHK apartment that was vastu compliant, and that was what my father asked after visiting the project. The executive told us that the project was vastu compliant and also about its amenities. He said that the project has a big Swimming pool which was maintained regularly. He also told us that there is a Park and a badminton court. After that, while taking a stroll around the project, we learned that security was very tight as well. Following this, my father asked me to check the pricing and other legal paperwork. If all comes out well, we will book a unit here.
