These include a swimming pool, gym, lift, security, intercom, children's play area, CCTV camera, and so on. The only thing that I am a bit dissatisfied about is that there are very few disadvantages, such poorly maintained main roads and occasionally a lack of parking spots. Additionally, traffic congestion can last for hours due to illegal parking and stores that have built on the main roads just outside the neighbourhood. The nearest bus stop to this project is Indirapuram Habitat Centre, which is just 1.9 km. The nearby metro stations are the Noida Electronic City, and the Vaishali metro station, which is also only 3.6 km, and 4.3 km, respectively. I got to know that this is a RERA registered project and the Divyansh Pratham RERA number is UPRERAPRJ15075.

Hello, I visited this project after going through a few Divyansh Pratham reviews online. When I visited the site, I was informed that the Divyansh Pratham unit configuration is 2, and 3 BHK apartments here. However, as this project is ready to move in, there were a few resale apartments for sale. I am interested in one of the resale 2 BHK apartments here. The Divyansh Pratham unit size of a 2 BHK is 700 sq. ft. The seller was quoting Rs. 89 Lakhs. The seller said that the price is non-negotiable. However, for me the Divyansh Pratham price is within my budget. So I am planning to book an apartment here.
