What are the DLF Ankur Vihar, Ghaziabad Reviews?

The DLF Ankur Vihar 2 BHK unit size is quite good with a carpet area ranging from 800 to 900 sq. ft. The best part of the property is the amenities. You have an ATM in the society, a gym, a park to stroll around for your morning and evening walks, a library and a rainwater harvesting plant. The maintenance staff is also present to keep up the society well. Despite all these things, I did not make a deal as the seller’s ask was a bit too high for my budget. The society is well maintained and the security staff is situated at all the important points to safeguard the premises. I like the location a lot. In terms of connectivity, you have the Karawal Nagar Bus Terminal, Shiv Vihar metro station and the Behta Hajipur train station near the society.

Regarding essentials, Gupta Hospital and the Government Hospital can be reached with a decent drive. So, all these things make the DLF Ankur Vihar location a big plus. It's a good place overall to live in Ghaziabad. I suggest you visit the property to get a better idea.
