I came to learn about the DLF Cyber City unit configuration recently so since you seem interested in this project, let me share the size list here:

As for the DLF Cyber City price list, note that it starts from Rs 1.9 crore onwards, which might seem a bit expensive but based on the location and demand, it is worth it. I found the project impressive so I will recommend it to people looking for commercial spaces.

My friend living near this project recently shared with me a positive DLF Cyber City review mainly focussing on its location. This project enjoys great connectivity and has several popular landmarks surrounding it, like:

  • American Montessori: 4.1 km

  • RBS Dental Clinic and Kailash Nursing Home within 2 km

  • DLF phase 2 metro station and Dlf phase 3 metro station within 2.3 km

  • McDonald's is just within walking distance

  • Cantine, Food Court and Mukesh Dhaba are all within 3.3 km

So if you are planning to buy a commercial property and get a good ROI or open a business here, invest in this project.

DLF Cyber City is a good project. It has everything that commercial spaces need, like:

  • 16-lane road network with six underpasses for smooth traffic flow.

  • There are over 22,000 parking spaces with RFID access for convenience.

  • Awarded the Sword of Honour by the British Safety Council for top safety standards.

  • LEED Platinum certified by the U.S. Green Building Council for excellent sustainability practices.

My brother is planning to invest here soon so I can assure you that it is a great project to invest in. I will rate this project 5/ 5 in this DLF Cyber City review.
