A colleague told me about the DLF Gardencity location, which was Semmancheri, Thalambur, Tamil Nadu 600119. He had purchased a unit there and after hearing about it from him, I was interested as well. After arriving I enquired about the price per sq ft of the project. The executive told me that the price was Rs 5660 per sq. ft. He also told me about a few amenities of the project which are the Swimming pool, Atm, Children's play area, clubhouse, etc. I decided to roam around the vicinity and that’s when I learned that the project also had a Library and good security. I loved this project and want to purchase a unit here now.

I wanted to purchase a resale property and from a close friend, I learned about this project. I got in touch with the project authorities and asked them about the price of their resale apartments. The person who was my point of contact told me that, there were a couple of 2 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. He said that the carpet area of 2 BHK units is around 1170 sq. ft. to 1220 sq. ft. and that of the 4 BHK was 2,100 sq. ft. The prices also seemed to be quite low which was around Rs. 60 - 65 Lakhs for the 2 BHKs and Rs. 70 Laks for the 4 BHK. Since the price was low, I decided to purchase two 2 BHK units there.

A few weeks back, I came across a DLF Gardencity review. After going through the review, I decided to visit the property. Since I was interested in purchasing an apartment, I asked about the DLF Gardencity unit configuration. The executive provided me with a list.
