What are the DLF New Town Heights Reviews, Sector 91, Gurugram?

We’ve been in search of a 3 BHK apartment in Gurgaon for a long time now. Last week, we checked out the flat available in DLF New Town, which is in Sector 91, near Galaxie 91. This being a DLF property, we were satisfied with the build quality of the homes here. The amenities are another attraction. There’s visitor’s parking, library, swimming pool, gym, party area, Wi-Fi, and indoor games area and all the flats are Vastu compliant, too. Like others said, the houses are quite big, having enough room for sunlight to enter. As the DLF New Town Heights possession date was May 2023, the flats are ready to move in, which seems perfect for us.

We recently booked a 2 BHK flat in this society. The society is beautiful and really well maintained. After getting to know the DLF New Town Heights unit configuration, which includes 2,3 and 4 BHK homes, we planned to check out the place and liked the flat a lot. There is a lot of open space with greenery. DLF is a big name in real estate and their construction quality is great, so that was another factor we considered. The house is also really spacious, with the DLF New Town Heights unit size being 1292 sq. ft. in carpet area for the 2 BHK. There is enough space for us to organise and arrange stuff like we want. If you look at all these things, the property seems pretty nice. A thumbs up from our side.

Hi. We purchased a flat in this project last year and I’d like to share a DLF New Town Heights review with you. There are 9 buildings in the society with over 600 flats. The property area is pretty huge, spanning across 14 acres. One feature we like is the DLF New Town Heights location, which is in Sector 91. The NTH-91 bus stop is hardly 70m from the society and the Garhi Harsaru Junction is also just 5 km through Sector 91 Road. In terms of healthcare, you have the Ayushman Hospital 4.5 km away. 

Before finalising the flat, we wanted to ensure that the project is RERA approved and got to know that it is. Overall, it’s a good place to live in with quality homes. You can consider the flats here.
