We were looking at the 4 BHK flat, which was up for resale. There is bike parking and there's gated security present at all the important points. We also looked at whether the society is RERA approved or not. RERA has given approval to the property and the DLF Ridgewood Estate RERA number is J119089921.
We liked the society’s condition as it has been maintained well. You get decent sunlight in the rooms and the ventilation is also pretty nice. We are yet to make a decision, but the project is amongst the ones we are considering.

Hi, we finalised the deal for a 3 BHK apartment in DLF Ridgewood a couple of days ago. We were happy with the flat condition and the overall offerings here. As the others have already highlighted the main features, I’d like to talk about the amenities here. They impressed us quite a lot when we visited the project a month ago. The society has a swimming pool, a gym, a children’s play area, a shopping centre, a rainwater harvesting plant, a badminton court, a jogging track, a library and a tennis court. The flats here are Vastu compliant, too. You can keep the flat here as an option for a home in Gurgaon for sure.

I saw you were looking for DLF Ridgewood Estate reviews and since I have a 3 BHK flat here, here is my view of the society. One reason we bought the flat was the location. The Global Foyer bus stop is just 1 km from the property, while the Phase 1 metro station is 3.5 km away. You can also reach the AMA Travel Shield train station with a 5 km drive. In terms of emergency services, Fortis Hospital is 4 km away and St Stephen’s Hospital is 5 km from the property. For entertainment, you’ve got PVR roughly 3 km away. The property has a good balance of all the requirements, which makes the DLF Ridgewood Estate location a positive one.
The property area is also quite big, with a total area of 17 acres. The builder, DLF Limited, is a reputed name, and trusting their quality of work, we purchased the flat. You can consider the apartments here.
