I recently purchased 3BHK on this project. I visited the site, so I am sharing my DNR Parklink Phase 2 reviews here. During my visit, I found that a renowned builder, DNR Corporation, has built this project with a lot of perfection. There are also top-notch amenities such as a clubhouse, and rainwater harvesting, which is good since I am an environment enthusiast. For safety, they also have CCTV cameras everywhere and fire safety equipment. There are also lifts for convenience, which is really important since my mother cannot climb stairs. 

All these amenities with the DNR Parklink Phase 2 price of around 1.5Cr to 2.1Cr for a 3BHK apartment seemed good enough for me to book a unit in this project.

When I was recently looking for a property to invest in, I was told about DNR Parklink Phase 2 by a relative. When I looked into it, I found that the property has the unit configuration of 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK and is in a very nice locality. I also found out about the builder, which is based in Bangalore only and was established in 2008. It is DNR Group, also called DNR Corp, and is a well-known real estate development firm. I found that they have a history of meeting the various needs of its clients by producing top-notch residential and commercial projects. The DNR Parklink Phase 2 possession date would be from December 2027 onwards. 

The unit size is 1357 sq. ft to 1967 sq. ft, which is big enough for my family to live comfortably. What’s more, the property is also RERA approved with the DNR Parklink Phase 2 RERA number being PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/151223/006478. I am looking forward to investing in this project.
