The children's play area will be there which will be a hit with the kids, and I love that there will be visitor parking for when friends and family come by. With 24/7 security, CCTV cameras, and reliable power backup, this will surely give us a feeling of safety and comfort here. DNR Parklink is no doubt a good project and worth investing in.

I visited DNR Parklink, after going through a few of their positive DNR Parklink reviews. Also, this is a RERA registered project and the DNR Parklink RERA number: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/151223/006478 also added a level of transparency. With the possession date was set for May 2029, it aligned well with my timeline to move in. The variety of configurations—2.5, and 3 BHK units—was a great plus, especially with 784 units spread across 5 towers, which feels like the right balance of community without overcrowding.
Starting from Rs 1.51 Cr, the DNR Parklink price seems fair given the builder’s legacy, and the amenities offered. Overall, this is a good project, and I have invested in a 2.5 BHK apartment here.
