The DNR Parklink is going to be a refreshing experience because of the fantastic amenities that elevate daily life. The well-maintained common garden and spacious park will make it easy to enjoy nature within the complex. There is a gym that is being built that will be well-equipped, and there’s even a swimming pool for both relaxation and exercise. My family will enjoy the tennis court and badminton court. The children's play area will be there which will be a hit with the kids, and I love that there will be visitor parking for when friends and family come by. With 24/7 security, CCTV cameras, and reliable power backup, this will surely give us a feeling of safety and comfort here. DNR Parklink is no doubt a good project and worth investing in.

I visited DNR Parklink, after going through a few of their positive DNR Parklink reviews. Also, this is a RERA registered project and the DNR Parklink RERA number: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/151223/006478 also added a level of transparency. With the possession date was set for May 2029, it aligned well with my timeline to move in. The variety of configurations—2.5, and 3 BHK units—was a great plus, especially with 784 units spread across 5 towers, which feels like the right balance of community without overcrowding.

Starting from Rs 1.51 Cr, the DNR Parklink price seems fair given the builder’s legacy, and the amenities offered. Overall, this is a good project, and I have invested in a 2.5 BHK apartment here.

The DNR Parklink location has been perfect for my family’s needs. I bought a 2 BHK here because it is very close to my kid’s schools like Legacy School (just 4 minutes away) and The OrangeKids Preschool (only a 6-minute drive), which would make mornings so much easier. For medical needs, Medi Derma Hospital and ReachH Healthcare Services are nearby, both within 5 minutes, which is a huge relief in emergencies. The Thanisandra Train Station is just 12 minutes away, making commuting straightforward, and bus stations like Bande Bommasandra close by. Shopping trips are a breeze with Elements Mall and Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru both less than 20 minutes away.
