  • Identity and Address Proof of Directors: PAN card and Aadhaar card of all partners, proprietors, or directors involved in the business.

  • Photographs: Passport-sized photographs of the owner/proprietor/partners/directors (usually required for up to 10 partners or directors).

  • Bank Account Details: A copy of the cancelled cheque or the first page of the passbook or bank statement showing the business account details.

  • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): For companies and LLPs, a Class 2 or Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate is required to file the GST application.

  • Authorization Letter/Board Resolution: In the case of a company or LLP, an authorization letter or board resolution is needed to authorise one of the partners or directors to sign and file the GST application.
