Before taking out a loan last year, I wasn't aware of which bank to choose and how to apply for the loan. I asked a banker friend about which bank to choose, and he suggested that I take the loan from the bank where I already have an account. I have a bank account in UCO bank and so I asked him about UCO bank home loan documents.

Which Documents Required for Home Loan at UCO Bank?

My friend told me that multiple documents are required for UCO bank home loans, and those are

  • Duly filled out and signed application form with photographs.

  • Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, driving license, or passport as Identity proof.

  • Electricity bill, rental agreement, driving license, or Landline phone bill as Address proof.

  • Last six months' bank statement.

  • Title documentation of the property.

He also suggested that I provide a few extra documents as I am a salaried person. Here are the other documents I provided.

  • Last three months' salary slip.

  • Duly filled Form-16 and Income tax returns.

And that is all about the UCO bank home loan documents required. After this, he informed me about the UCO bank home loan interest rates. According to him, UCO bank home loan interest rates are dependent on CIBIL score.

I have added all the information he provided about home loans in a table below.

CIBIL Interest Rates

≥ 700 and ≤ 749

8.75%

≥ 750 and ≤ 799

8.50%

≥ 800 and ≤ 824

8.40%

≥ 825

8.35%

And that’s all about the UCO bank home loan documents. I hope this helps.
