What KSFE Home Loan Documents Required to Apply for the Loan?
The list of documents you will need to submit to apply for a home loan in KSFE is:
Identity proof: Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Driving Licence, etc
Income proof: Form 16, last 3 year IT returns, last 3 months’ salary slips, etc

Property documents

What are the Documents Required for KSFE Housing Loan?
Here are the documents needed for a home loan at KSFE:
A Non-Encumbrance Certificate for the last 13 years.
A title deed and prior documents in their original form from the last 13 years.
Possession and Enjoyment Certificate.
Land tax receipt (latest) and building tax receipt (latest) wherever required.
Any other documents by the panel advocate or the part-time legal advisor.
Location certificate & Location sketch.
An affidavit, in the prescribed form, on stamp paper of Rs.50/- duly attested by an advocate.
Income proofs, comprising of the following:
For self-employed, small traders and businessmen:
If the income is Rs. 75,000 or below, an income certificate from the village officer or tehsildar. (income tax assessment orders/Returns, need not be insisted on).
If the income exceeds Rs. 75,000, income tax assessment orders/returns/memo statement of computation of taxable income, filed for the last 3 years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.
For agricultural income group:
Original documents of the agricultural property and latest land tax photocopies, which are to be kept by the bank for records.
Income certificate issued by the village officer/tahsildar.
Where the original documents or the non-encumbrance certificate shows an encumbrance, a certificate or letter that there is no default on the loan as of the date issued by the lender where the agricultural property has been pledged/mortgaged.
For NRIs:
Copies of contract or agreement with foreign employer.
Copies of passports, etc, where everything should be attested by the Indian Embassy in the country.
Copies of letters from the foreign employer regarding employment and salary particulars.
If the income is driven from sources like rent from let-out properties, etc:
Rent deed, ownership certificate etc.
Building tax receipt (latest).
Original documents (with photocopies).
Income certificate from the village officer or tahsildar.
For salaried: A salary certificate, issued by the employer.
Apart from these in the KSFE housing loan documents, the following testimonials are also needed for you to submit:
If the ‘Construction’ plan and estimate are prepared, signed, and certified by a licensed building supervisor of local bodies or any civil engineer in government quasi govt. public sector undertaking or approved architect and building permit from concerned local authority etc. are to be submitted along with the application. The work plan should have the approval of the concerned authority viz. panchayat or municipality corporation or development authorities, as the case may be.
The sale agreement (for outright purchase of dwelling house/site).
