Domicile Certificate: The certificate needs to be issued within the last 5 years ( after Jan 2018) and must have the MahaOnline/MahaIT barcode.

, the Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board (MHADB) will hold a lottery in March to sell roughly 4,000 homes. The Pahadi neighbourhood of Goregaon West on Link Road will house about 2,200 homes, with the remainder of dwellings dispersed throughout Powai, Sion, Borivali, etc.
