I visited them and asked about the Dreams Empire 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK prices. The executive in charge told me the starting price of the units would be from Rs. 1.3 Crore. The sales team also said that the project area is 0.50 acres. Finally, I asked about the carpet areas of each unit, following which I booked a 2 BHK unit with them. Here are the carpet areas.

I wanted to purchase a 3 BHK unit but wasn't able to find a property of my choice. I learned about Dreams Empire through a marketing call that I received from them. They told me that they were offering luxurious 1, 2 & 3 BHK units. Following that, I asked for the Dreams Empire location and decided to visit them after checking a few Dreams Empire reviews.
After visiting the area I enquired about the various amenities they offer and also when would the project be delivered. From the property manager, I learned that the Dreams Empire Possession date is July 2027. They also told me about a few amenities such as jogging track, park, house keeping, etc. After learning about all these details, I booked a 3 BHK unit.
