Our office availed of Drop Truck Chennai service to move from one place to another within the same city and had a poor experience. We availed of their service to get the furniture and electronics transported, and here are some of the problems we faced:
They arrived 3 hours late than the mentioned time.
Only 2 labourers came to load the goods, for which the entire work was executed lately.
They did not provide us with any tracking link and did not bother to pick up our calls, which made the entire process frustrating.
At least we will never avail of their service and suggest the same to you. Avoid their service at all costs.

The online positive Drop Truck Chennai reviews seemed okay to me, so I availed of their service to get my goods transported from Chandigarh to Delhi but did not have a pleasant experience. I booked their service on 18th February to get my goods transported on 2nd March. After two days, they called and cancelled the booking, mentioning no vehicles would be available on that day. I even asked for other dates, but it seemed they did not want to provide any service to me. I will never avail of their service again, nor will I recommend them to others.

I also trusted the online Drop Truck Chennai reviews and opted for their service but later repented. I booked them for Rs 27,000 to get our goods transported from Kerala to Karnataka, but later they raised the cost by Rs 5,000. They added GST, loading, unloading charges, and what not and gave us a fresh quote of Rs 32,000, two days after we finalised them. We had no option since we needed to get the goods transported the next day and had to accept the new quote. I feel this to be very unprofessional and am determined to never avail of their service again.
