What are the DSK Madhukosh, Andheri East, Mumbai Reviews?

Hi, my brother and I checked out a flat here a couple of months ago. We’ve been looking for a good property in Andheri for quite a while now. A friend of ours shared the availability of a 1 BHK apartment, so we decided to see if we like it. 

The locality is what pulled our interest as the Sakinaka Metro Station and Asalpha Metro Station are 2 km from here. Also, you have the SevenHills Hospital and Sushrut Hospital about 3-4 km away. In terms of entertainment, there are plenty of options close by, with the Phoenix Marketcity, PVR and Maxus within 2-4 km from here. So, that makes the  DSK Madhukosh address a big plus.

The seller was willing to negotiate and luckily, we got a good deal for the flat. So, we made the purchase. I recommend you to go and check out the property once and see if it suits you, too.

Let me share my DSK Madhukosh review here. My father and I saw a flat here last year. There was a 2 BHK available for sale and we were interested in buying it. We liked the open space in the property and especially the amenities. The society has a swimming pool, a gym, a tennis court, an amphitheatre, and a rainwater harvesting plant. The flats here are Vastu compliant, which was an important thing we were looking for in a flat.

Everything worked out for us but unfortunately, we couldn’t land on a price which was suitable for both of us. However, if you find a flat here, I suggest you visit it as this is a good deal for a house in Mumbai. 

Hello there, I live in a 1 BHK flat along with my partner in DSK Madhukosh and would like to share our experience of staying here. That was one of the properties we saw in Andheri and in front of the others, this was the best. There is ample space for bike and car parking along with professional gated security. Both our offices are near to here, so that was another point we took into consideration. The home interiors are made of good quality materials and the ventilation is another aspect we like here.
