What are the Dynamic Imperia Plus, Pisoli, Pune, Review?

As I was interested in purchasing a 2 BHK unit, I came across a banner ad of Dynamic Imperia Plus. They were offering luxurious 2 BHKs at low prices and so, I decided to visit them. 

During my visit, I asked about the various amenities that they have. Along with that, I also asked about the Dynamic Imperia Plus price list. The executive told me that the starting price of the project is from Rs. 41 Lakhs onwards. Seeing that the price was so low, I decided to book a 2 BHK unit. 

I came across a few Dynamic Imperia Plus reviews while searching for a 2 BHK. I got the Dynamic Imperia Plus location from the website, which was near Bharat Petroleum Petrol Pump, Undri, Pisoli, Pune. I decided to visit them. 

After arriving at Dynamic Imperia Plus, I asked the executive about the Dynamic Imperia Plus project area, which he told me was 4 acres. He also told me about the Dynamic Imperia Plus 2BHK price, which was starting from Rs. 41 Lakhs onwards. After that, the executive told me about a few key locations around the project, following which I decided to book a unit. Here are the locations. 

• NIRVANA HOSPITAL, 2.0 km

• VIBGYOR High Schools, NIBM Road, 4.5 km

• ORCHIDS The International School, 1.7 km

• Inox, 4.3 km

• Max, 5.7 km

• DMart, 4.3 km

Last week, I went to visit Dynamic Imperia Plus as I was looking for a 2 BHK apartment. I came to know about them from my brother-in-law. After visiting the property, I learned that they have various amenities, such as a Children's play area, Common garden, Tennis court, etc. I liked the property and enquired about the Dynamic Imperia Plus Possession date and RERA number. The executive informed me that the possession is in June 20276, and the RERA number is P52100017094. Following that, I decided to book a 3BHK with them.
