So my mother and I went to check out a flat up for resale in Dynasty. We’ve been looking for a house to buy for a couple of months now. This one is amongst the few we like. The society is surrounded by malls, theatres and supermarkets. Some of the ones I can remember include E Square Carnival, Phoenix Mall of Millenium, D Mart and more. Apart from these aspects, the society has a good parking space with a lot of greenery all around. My mother liked the flat interiors, while I was impressed with the surrounding nature. We are yet to make a decision, but you can consider this society.

We recently visited this society to have a look at the flat which was on sale. We had earlier gone to many societies, but compared to them, we liked this one quite a lot. The house interiors were well maintained with ample space for sunlight to enter. The house ventilation was another thing which we noticed. Considering our budget constraints, we gave the seller an offer. Luckily, he was up to negotiate and we were able to get the apartment. If you are looking for houses in Pune, we’d say to check it out and then see if you would like to go ahead with it.
