We were looking for some projects to invest in OMR, Chennai, and a colleague of mine suggested I check out this project. Before visiting the place, I checked some Earthen Vista Garden reviews, and found some excellent reviews about the builder and the location. I also found that the project is verified and RERA approved. Earthen Vista Garden RERA number is TN/35/Layout/3363/2024. When we visited the project, I particularly liked how environmentally sustainable it was. There is a large common garden, filled with greenery, and there’s also a provision for rainwater harvesting and sewage management. A few other key amenities include a gym, cricket pitch, skating rink, CCTV, etc.

We invested in this project and recently moved in since the Earthen Vista Garden possession date, that is September 2024. Based on our experience so far, I can say that the property is really spacious, with a massive area of 5.6 acres. The Earthen Vista Garden price starts with Rs. 38.69 Lakhs, and some of the essential highlights of this project include its gated security, on-site facility of waste management, recreational facilities like a children’s park and common garden. Besides, the project is constructed according to Vastu, so according to me, it is definitely a good property to invest in if you’re looking for a spacious place and a calm atmosphere.
