I found that the East Sapphire is located just near my workplace, so we are planning to buy a property there. The East Sapphire location is near Canara Bank, Sector-45, Noida, within 3 km from the Golf Course Metro Station. I am well aware of its locality and can assure you that the site is well connected with well-built roads and highways to the rest of the city.
Alan International School and Arty Buds School are within a km
Shanti Hospital and Navjeevan Medicare Centre are around 600 m from the project
Damodar Complex is within 2 km
JPS Galleria is within 2.05 km
The Gardens Galleria Mall is within 3.4 km
Wave Mall is around 3.5 km
Hotels, theatres, schools, colleges, etc., everything is easily accessible from this project so living here will save you a lot of time and money that you usually spend during commuting.

After checking out a few positive East Sapphire reviews, I finally checked it out last weekend and was smitten by it. The properties here are affordable and well-planned. The best part is that ABCZ Builder, who builds it well-known in this city and is popular for delivering affordable properties. Some other aspects I liked about this project are:
The variety of East Sapphire configuration. It has 1, 2 and even 3 BHK properties for sale.
The East Sapphire area is 1 acre and has just 150 units available here, so be sure, the properties here enjoy great ventilation.
You will find ready-to-move-in apartments here so you can shift here after finalising a deal.
We are planning to finalise a 2 BHK here by this year’s end, so if possible, I will share another East Sapphire review. However, I liked the project; hence, I will recommend others to at least check it out once.

The East Sapphire properties range between 375 sq ft and 1,400 sq ft and the East Sapphire price list is between Rs 18 lakh and Rs 66 lakh. I found the properties worth investing in, and most importantly, they are affordable compared to other projects in this locality.
I checked out a few properties here and found that
Branded fittings have been done in all the rooms, be it for electrical or plumbing fittings
Quality vitrified tiles make the properties elegant
Branded paints have been used to paint the walls and give them a smooth and perfect finish
I loved them and will rate this project 9/ 10. You better visit it once and then make your decision.
