Hello, My brother who recently visited this project said that this is an under-construction project and the expected Ekdanta 24 Karat possession date is by December 2025. He particularly asked the sales team about the Ekdanta 24 Karat RERA number, which he learned was P51800034572. He was also informed that the apartments are Vastu compliant. He also said that the project management team is also very good. Overall, he liked the project and is planning to book a 2 BHK here.

I stay in a rented apartment close to Ekdanta 24 Karat. I was planning to buy an apartment here. I can vouch for the Ekdanta 24 Karat location. The location is truly strategic one. The nearby landmarks are as follows, 

  • Kurla Bus Station (W): 2.7 km, 10 mins

  • MSRTC: 6.1 km, 21 mins

  • Bandra Bus Station: 10.8 km, 25 mins

  • Metro stations like Jagruti Nagar are only 6.1 km or 21 mins

  • Victoria Terminus railway station is just 2.4 km or 10 mins

  • Nearby hospitals are, Noble Plus Hospital which is just 5.0 km or 19 mins, and Apollo Spectra Hospital, which is also around 4.2 km from this project

  • It is also near my brother’s school, that is, Aamchi Shala which is just 2.5 km

I will visit the project over the weekend. So I can share a few more details after that.
