What are the Eldeco Aamantran Reviews, Sector 119, Noida?

We checked out the apartments here after a friend of ours recommended the society. We were interested in the 3 BHK up for sale. In the Eldeco Aamantran unit configuration, you’ll also find 2 BHK flats. We found the society to be quite nice, with a professional security staff and sufficient space for parking. The outside area is well maintained. A lot of amenities like a swimming pool gym, amphitheatre, aerobics room, badminton and tennis courts, spa, etc attracted us. The flats are also built as per Vastu, which is something we were looking for. 

We went ahead to ask about the Eldeco Aamantran RERA number, which is UPRERAPRJ1916. This had us relieved on the legal aspect of the property. Rest everything looked good, too. We haven’t made a decision yet as we are considering a few other properties.

Hello. I came across your question and would like to share an Eldeco Aamantran review here. I own a 2 BHK property in the society. It is present near FNG Expressway Service Road in Sector 119. Amongst many other things, we like the location. There are lots of commuting options with the CNG Gas bus stop and Homes 121 bus stop 2 km from the place. Noida Sector 76 metro station is also less than 5 km from here. When it comes to healthcare, you have the Fortis and Tripathi Hospitals close by. All these things make the Eldeco Aamantran location a big plus.

The society is built over a huge area of 14 acres with really pretty open space surrounded by trees, plants and gardens. To talk about the Eldeco Aamantran unit size, the 2 BHK has a spacious area of 1111 sq. ft. in carpet area. You too can consider society for sure.

The homes here are pretty big, with the 3 BHK being 184 sq. ft. in size. You receive a lot of natural light inside and the ventilation ain’t bad either. The society is about 4-5 km away from malls like Gaur City and ASqaure. Although the property isn’t new the flat maintenance and all shows from the cleanliness and condition all around. There is also a gas pipeline, basketball court, party area and a sewage treatment plant in the society. My partner and I did like most of the things and went ahead to lock in the purchase of the flat.
