What are the Eldeco La Vida Bella Reviews?

After hearing my friend Eldeco La Vida Bella review I decided to visit the project myself and was quite impressed. It is going to be one of the best projects ever built in Noida. However, I felt that the Eldeco La Vida price list set was too high. The cost of the apartments (3 and 4 BHK) starts from Rs 1.6 crore onwards. I found their amenities extraordinary. It will have 

• Approximately 80% of open area

• Dedicated spaces have been allotted for parking, gardens, pools and others

• The entire project will be spread across 3.70 acres of land

• The Eldeco La Vida 4BHK price is not set as of now but it will be 2 crore and above

But if you ask me, I found Sublime Spring Elmas, almost in the same area, better. It is spread across 5 acres of land and has more units to offer. I will suggest you check out both of these projects and then take your final call.

I found the Eldeco La Vida Bella great. Let me start with the Eldeco La Vida Bella address. This project is located near HP Petrol Pump, Greater Noida West Link Road, Sector 12, Noida. It is being constructed by the Eldeco Group, which has been a famous real estate developer in this field since 1975. During my visit there, I came to learn that:

• This project will provide only 3 and 4 BHKs

• It will have 5 buildings and 380 units in total

• The Eldeco La Vida RERA number is UPRERAPRJ136219/04/2024

We are looking for a 3 BHK primarily and the Eldeco La Vida 3BHK price starts at around Rs 1.6 crore. Since the project has just started, we are planning to wait another year and then take a call on whether to invest here or not.

In this Eldeco La Vida Bella review, I would like to highlight the fact that the cost of the apartments here is way too high. You can get better apartments in the city at a lower cost. On that, the project has just started so it's better to avoid drawing any conclusions. It will take 5 more years to get wrapped up and not even 20% of the work is done. 

I asked the sales team about the apartment sizes and learned that they will be between 1905 sq ft. - 3300 sq ft. It is located 

• Close to Greater Noida West Link Road, NH 24, DND Flyover, railways, Bisrakh Road, and Dadri Main Road

• 30 minutes from the Akshardham and 

• 20 minutes from the DND Flyover

Hence you should wait a couple of years more, compare other projects and then decide whether you want to buy a home here or not.
