What are the Elita Promenade J. P. Nagar, Bengaluru Reviews?

One of my primary categories for purchasing an apartment was that it needed to be in a palace with lots of locational advantages. A brother informed me about this and shared the Elita Promenade location, which is Phase 7, J. P. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078. I visited the property and learned about some of the locations near it, which are

• Banashankari Metro Station, 4.5 km

• Rainbow Clinic and Diagnostic Laboratory, 1.0 km

• Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta, 3.0 km

• Cinépolis, 4.2 km

• Gopalan Innovation Malls, 5.0 km

• Royal Super Market, 2.1 km

After this, I asked about the Elita Promenade RERA ID, which they told me was PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. I booked a unit after this.

I was living in a rented apartment, where they only had two amenities, which were Parking and Security. Because of this, I was looking for a property that had quite a lot of amenities and I came across an Elita Promenade review. From that, I learned that this property has amenities such as a swimming pool, Gym, golf course,  Basketball court, and Badminton court. These were some great amenities but what really caught my attention was the park and the Children's play area. Now, my children can play outside. I am planning to visit it and book a unit. 

I wanted to purchase a Vastu compliant as I am a firm believer. After visiting the project, I asked the executive whether the apartments were vastu compliant or not. He informed me that they were and showed me an east-facing 2 BHK apartment. The apartment was very spacious and was around 1,375 sq. ft. He also informed me about the Elita Promenade unit price, which was around Rs. 1.6 crore. Since it was vastu compliant and the price was within my budget, I booked the unit.
