The Empire Square price is a bit expensive. The properties here start from Rs 1.30 crore onwards. We had been planning to invest in 2 BHK within 1 crore, and on the recommendation of a friend, we visited it in May and loved it. Empire Square’s layout, amenities, configuration, and everything else are of top-notch quality. The best part is the Empire Square address. It is situated near McDonald's, Kalewadi Road, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and enjoys great connectivity with the rest of the city via well-built and maintained roads.
Bus stations like Chinchwad Chowk and Evershine are within 2.5 km
RichFeel Trichology Center is just a km away
PVRCity One Mall Pimpri is 700 m away
BIPICO is around 1 km from here
Big Bazaar is within 2.5 km
These are some of the notable places I can remember as of now, but there are more. Investing here will be a great decision, so if the budget suits you, don’t miss the chance of having a property here. It will give you a good ROI in the future.

Rather than relying on online Empire Square reviews, I thought it would be better to visit it once, and I did it just last month. I loved its layout and specifications, for example:
Empire Square will have several types of apartments: 2, 3, and 4 BHK
There will be just two towers and 330 units
This project is being developed by the Empire Properties Builder, a reputed real estate developer in Pune, so be sure the properties will be of good quality and delivered on time
A lot of work is pending, so you better wait a couple of years more to know the exact details about the project. I am interested in having a property and will definitely be visiting it again soon.

My in-laws are planning to invest in a property within Rs 1.7 crore and seem to be very interested in Empire Square. Since the Empire Square possession date is set for December 2030, we are not rushing. Here are some specifications of the project that you must be aware of:
