The property is built on a massive 115 acres of land and you will have a lot of things to do because of the amenities here. There is a swimming pool, a gym, a shopping centre, a rainwater harvesting plant and so much more. I recommend this society for a house in Gurgaon.

The Eros Rosewood City location is one of the best you’ll get to live in Gurugram as the connectivity to areas like  Sohna Road, MG Road, and Golf Course Road is great. You also have the Sikandarpur Metro Station just 1.5 km away.

I went to check out the availability of a flat for resale here. The Eros Rosewood City unit configuration includes 3 and 4 BHK flats in 3 towers with 12 floors each. The lavish society interested me a lot as the features in terms of amenities and the build quality were superb. To share a few, there are vitrified tiles for the flooring, laminated wooden flooring in the bedroom, ceramic tiles in the kitchen, premium wall finish and more. You get a jogging track, a professional maintenance staff, a tennis court and the flats are vastu compliant, too. I bought the flat and think it is the best decision in terms of investment in Gurgaon.
