Hello, I’d like to share my Express View Apartment review, a property my father and I visited a few weeks ago. We have been searching for a 2 BHK resale property for quite a while now. After hearing of availability here, we stayed.
The property is spread across 4 acres with gated security and bike parking available. The main attraction for us was the Express View Apartment location, which is in Sector 93. The Noida Sector 93 metro station is about 2 km away while the NSEZ metro station is also within reach. Amongst hospitals, JS Hospitals isn’t too far and there are supermarkets like the Ebigbazaar and Vishal Mega Mart 2-3 km away. We are yet to decide on the property but do have a good feeling about it.

We have had a 3 BHK flat on this property for the last 6 years. The quality of life and the construction quality of apartments are great. There is a lot of natural light, good ventilation and a pleasant atmosphere in and around the society. In terms of the amenities, there is a children’s play area, a park, a rainwater harvesting plant, a badminton court, an indoor games area, power backup and more. So, if you are looking for a peaceful place to take a home in Gurgaon, you can surely go for this.

We were impressed with the spacious apartments in Express View after hearing about the society from a friend. So, my partner and I visited the resale flat last month. The Express View Apartment unit size for the 3 BHK is 1160 sq. ft. and there is a lot of space for storage, with windows for natural light to fill the room.
The society has all the modern amenities and they have maintained them well. We were going to buy the house, but the seller wasn’t ready to negotiate. So, we had to decline the offer.
