They lost several expensive items, like our crockery set, broke the glass of the dining table, and there were visible scratches on our newly bought almirah and other items. After packing the goods, they raised the quote to a great extent, leaving me no option but to pay. When I tried to contact them afterwards, they completely ignored my calls, making it impossible to resolve the issue. It feels like a calculated trick to exploit customers. My experience with Fast Track Relocation Mumbai was really disappointing. They moved my household items and car to Noida, but the packing was terrible. My fridge got dented, my bookshelf table was broken, and other goods were damaged. The whole move took nine days instead of the expected four or five. To top it off, they didn’t even unpack anything and we had to hire locals for help. I will never recommend their service to anyone based on this experience and will rate their service 0.
