We recently bought a 3 BHK flat here from its previous owner and can share my Fernhill Gardens review with you. This is a gated society in Sector 6 of HSR Layout and the locality is something which urged us to finalise the house deal. 

You can get to the Silk Board bus stop just 500m away, while the Madiwala Police Station bus stop is also a kilometre away. The Forum Mall and Gopalan Innovation Mall are also just 3-4 km away, making it great to go out and enjoy on weekends. With the upcoming metro, we believe the connectivity will further improve. The property is also RERA approved and the Fernhill Gardens RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/171114/000400.

We are quite happy with the purchase and would recommend you check out this place first and see if you are into it, too.

We were interested in this property after visiting the flat here some time back. The society matched the flat type I was looking for. The Fernhill Gardens unit configuration includes all 3 BHK apartments. The property is built over a big area of 5 acres and you’ve got plenty of space to go around, have a walk and more.

My father was quite satisfied with the Fernhill Gardens unit size, which has a carpet area of 980 sq. ft, better than the other flats we checked out before. Overall, the place seemed really nice. But unfortunately, we weren’t able to lock the deal as it didn’t fit our budget.

 

My mother and I went to visit the Fernhill Gardens location to inquire about a 3 BHK which was up for sale. Since we were looking for a similar property in HSR and surrounding areas, this seemed like a great chance for us to buy a house. 

Our first impression of this property was good. The society has a decent space to park two-wheeler vehicles. In terms of the amenities, There are a bunch of attractions like a gym, a children’s play area, a swimming pool, a jogging track, an indoor games area and more. 

Also, the area is well developed and my kid’s school, Bethany High is about 4 km from here, so it’ll save her some time. We went ahead and booked a 3 BHK flat here.
