My cousin-sister visited this project. As she enquired the sales team about the Fornax Bhoomi Icon possession date, she was informed that this is an under-construction project and the expected possession is by December 2024. She said that the Fornax Bhoomi Icon 2BHK price ranges from Rs. 1.75 Crores - Rs. 1.79 Crores. My sister is a bit confused and making her decision to book a unit here. She also checked out other projects in this locality named, Arihant Aakarshan, in Navi Mumbai. According to her, this is also a great project, and worth investing in.

Hello, I recently visited this project after going through several online Fornax Bhoomi Icon reviews. I own an electric vehicle so I was looking for a project that offers the facility of electric vehicle charging points. I was a bit relieved knowing this project offered an electrical charging point. Apart from this I also reviewed their brochure and learned that this has other facilities including a multilevel parking lot, shopping center, entrance lobby, kids play area, garden, reflexology pathway, indoor games area, swimming pool, fitness center, jogging track, and so on.
