I went to check out this project 2 months back and found the properties spacious and well-planned. The Galaxy One unit configuration is 2 BHK, ranging from 802 sq ft to 922 sq ft. Some of the major specifications of this project are:

  • It has 2 towers with 74 units.

  • The project area is enormous. It is spread across a vast land of 2.04 acres.

  • The Galaxy One RERA number has also been assigned. It is P52100012216.

  • Also, the Galaxy One price for 800 sq ft 2BHK is Rs 1.3 crore, which I found affordable considering the location, amenities and builder.

Hence, I booked a unit here and will rate them 8/10 and will suggest you buy a property here.

The main reason I purchased a property in this complex was the Galaxy One location. Everything is close by, including marketplaces, hospitals, shopping centres, and schools. We purchased a two-bedroom flat here in November 2022 because I wanted to make sure my kid would not have any difficulties going to her school, Lexicon Kids.  

  • As for malls, the Reliance mall and the Global High Street are within 1.4 km of the project

  • Commercial Hubs like Grant Bay are around 850 m from here and the Global Business Hub is around 900 m from here.

  • Ramwadi Metro Station is also close, around 6 km from the project and the Hadapsar railway station is around 4.2 km from here

It has been over 2 years since I have been living here and I am happy with my decision. I will recommend this project to you.

Two months ago, my father and I went to see this project and were impressed. Following my visit, I found that the project was prepared for occupancy, with the Galaxy One possession date being December 2017 onwards. Along with some other exceptional features like a restaurant or stores on the property where residents can easily get necessities, a well-maintained parking facility, a multipurpose court, a yoga space, a paved compound, and more, residents here can get round-the-clock security, water supply, and power backup.

We went back and booked a 2BHK that was 1150 square feet. I would give this project a rating of 4/5 in my Galaxy One reviews, and I know you will like it just as much as we did.
