What are the Galaxy Royale Reviews, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida?

Hello. I’d like to share my opinion about this property in Gaur City 2. We went there a while ago to check out their 2 BHK flat and were impressed with the flat that was up for resale. 

The Galaxy Royale location is a major plus as you’ve got the VVIP Homes bus stop roughly 300 metres away and the Gaurs International School bus stop 800 metres from the property. The Ghaziabad Junction is also situated at a decent distance of 10.5 km away. Also, Gaur Mall is 3 km from the society along with PVR Cinemas present at the same distance. There is only bike parking, so that was a bit disappointing, but the rest of the society seems nice. We are yet to decide, but have kept the flat at the top of our priority list for now.

This is a RERA registered project and the Galaxy Royale RERA ID is UPRERAPRJ5806. Also, the Galaxy Royale unit configuration includes 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. I was planning to book a 2 BHK apartment and the 2BHK Galaxy Royale unit size is around 1,060 Sq.Ft. The starting 2BHK Galaxy Royale price was around Rs. 70 Lakhs. I liked this project and am planning to pay the booking amount over the weekend. 

We own a 3 BHK apartment here and quite like the house along with the neighbourhood. The house interiors are pretty and you’ll have a good deal of air circulation in the home. Also, the society has a bunch of amenities on offer. There is a swimming pool, a gym, an amphitheatre, an aerobics room, an ATM, a jogging track, a library, a tennis court and the flats are also Vastu compliant. So, all these factors make the society a great place to reside in.

The maintenance staff also keeps the place clean and hygienic. While the gated security is professional in keeping the premises secured. You’ll find 2 and 3 BHK homes as far as the Galaxy Royale unit configuration is concerned. We suggest you check out the property once.

Hi, I have booked an apartment in this project mainly because of the Galaxy Royale location. For me its location is a strategic one and ensures smooth connectivity. The important locations nearby are as follows,

• Nearby metro stations are the Noida Electronic City metro is only 9.6 km, and Sector 62 Noida metro which is 10.0 km

• The project is close to Ghaziabad Junction train station (10.7 km)

• The VVIP Homes bus stop is only 0.3 Km from this project 

• This is also close to hospitals like Fortis Hospital, Noida, and schools like the Pragati Public School (6.4 km)

It is because of the prime location, I believe investing here will help with a higher ROI.

After my house hunt, I have arrived at a conclusion that the Galaxy Royale is the best project in the Greater Noida region. I visited this project after going through a few online positive Galaxy Royale reviews. They offer Vastu compliant apartments, and offer several amenities. These are like the presence of a swimming pool, a well equipped gym, 24/7 security, intercom, visitor parking, CCTV camera, ATM, badminton court, basketball court, power backup, and so on. Overall, the project is good and I have booked a unit here.
