What are the Ganga Village Reviews, Hadapsar, Pune?

I have been living here with my family for the last 5 months, hence sharing my Ganga Village reviews with you all. It has been a great experience; the society offers everything I need, from a well-maintained swimming pool to a fully equipped gym. The children’s play zone is a blessing for families, and there’s even WiFi available throughout the building, making working from home easy. I also appreciate the rainwater harvesting initiative, which shows the society's commitment to sustainability. 

Let me also inform you the Ganga Village possession was in April 2009. Overall it’s a wonderful place to enjoy a comfortable and balanced lifestyle.

I visited this property with my dad a month ago and one of the best things we liked about this project is the Ganga Village location. It’s close to everything—schools like VIBGYOR High School and KARIS are just a short distance away, making it convenient for my kids. There’s no shortage of entertainment either, with Inox and Vaibhav Theater nearby. Apart from this, we found that this project is: 

• 1.5 km away from Ganga Village Bus Stop,

• 3 minutes away from Harihareshwar Mandir Bus Station, 

• 13 minutes away from Sasvad Road, 

• 3.7 kms away from Nirmal Mega Mart,

I also found that for shopping we can go to nearby shopping malls. Plus, medical facilities like Noble Hospital are easily accessible, giving me peace of mind in case of emergencies. As my dad and I both liked the property, I purchased a 2BHK.

When we chose this project, we knew we were in good hands. The builder has done an excellent job ensuring the homes are Vaastu-compliant. The Ganga Village unit configuration is 1, 2 BHK. With over 750 units, it’s a large community, yet everything feels well-organised and secure. Plus, the dedicated bike parking and reliable battery backup for the entire society reflect how well the builder has planned for practical needs. When I went to purchase a flat here, the sales team informed me that the Ganga Village price for a 1 BHK resale property starts at Rs.29 lakhs for 575 sq ft. As I booked a 2 BHK resale flat, it cost me around Rs 50 lakhs for a 910 sq ft property.
