My family and I live in a 3 BHK apartment in this project, and I am delighted to share our Gaur Global Village reviews here. With a focus on innovation and high-end technology, there is a separate entrance lobby on each block. My parents are also happy as the community is nice and engaging. My wife and I mostly work from home and there’s a generator backup and 100% power backup system available as well, which has made it easier for us. The flats here are properly constructed, and the society is maintained up nicely. For our 3 BHK apartment, the Gaur Global Village price was Rs 80 lakhs.
Although the prices may be costly, it's a wise choice if you can afford it. What is more trustworthy is that the property is RERA approved and the Gaur Global Village RERA number is UPRERAPRJ7289.

Overall, I will recommend it.

We have been staying in Gaur Global Village for the past 6 years and the best part of the society is that it’s Vastu compliant. It offers a luxurious and extraordinary lifestyle. It offers 2 & 3 BHK apartments with 6 acres project area. The property is secured with CCTV surveillance all around and there is also an exclusive party area for the residents. Apart from all this, Gaur Global Village address is a major factor we purchased a unit here.

Fortis Hospital is at a distance of 8 km and 35 min away.
Galleria Market 1 & 2 is just 0.4 Km away,
Sapphire International School is just 0.3 Km away.
Vishwa Bharati Public School is just 2.1 Km away.
The locality is well connected to Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Noida localities such as Indirapuram, Vasundhara and Noida Sector 62 to 68 and Noida Extension. I will rate them 4 out 5 in my Gaur Global Village reviews.
