Hi, I was planning to visit this project. I've heard that the planning is impressive, with most flats receiving ample sunlight throughout the day and spacious rooms. However, after going through some of the online GCN White Palms reviews, I learned that this project does not have A Khata for the constructed building. Could anyone provide more information on this matter? Thanks in advance!

My dad visited this project last month. He said that the GCN White Palms unit configuration includes 2, and 3 BHK was mentioned. However, as he was interested in buying a 2 BHK unit, he was told that the 2 BHK size is around 1,100 Sq.Ft. and the starting GCN White Palms price of a 2 BHK is around Rs. 70 Lakhs. I am planning to visit the project over this weekend. So I think I’ll be able to add some more information after my visit.

Hello, I visited this project a few months back. They offer good 2, & 3 BHK units. I really liked the GCN White Palms location. Some of the locational advantages are as follows,
It is only 1.1 Km from the Varthuru Kodi bus station
7.2 Km from Hoodi Halt
There are also nearby schools and hospitals like, Dr. R. Munisingh Hospital, and Aayug Multi Speciality Hospital both 3.1 Km, and 5.3 Km respectively. Nearby schools are VIBGYOR High School, Marathahalli, and Ryan International School both 4.2, and 6.3 Km respectively.
The only con that I felt was that the way to this apartment is not properly constructed. I am planning to book an apartment here.
