What are the GeeCee Proximus, Chembur, Mumbai Reviews?

I recently went to see this project, so let me share my GeeCee Proximus review. During my visit, I found this project includes two different types of apartments: two bedroom and three bedroom. Last week, I went to look at this project with my husband. It has RERA approval and the GeeCee Proximus RERA number is P51800027318. I loved that this project offers a modular kitchen with a hob and chimney. 

The kitchen will have a granite platform and separate service platform, SS sink, dado wall tiles up to beam level, vitrified tiles, Gypsum finished internal walls, luster paint of premium quality on internal walls and branded electrical modular switches. My son attends St. Gregorios School in Chembur East, Mumbai, hence I was searching for a two-bedroom flat nearby. I then came across GeeCee Proximus and visited its site. I found that my son’s school is just 1 km away from this project. Apart from that, there are several popular hospitals, shopping malls, colleges, etc. near this project.

I also loved the amenities it is providing. This project features a rooftop garden where you can relax and take in the green surroundings and stunning cityscape in front of you after a long day. In addition, you can get a fitness center and 24/7 security service. I finally booked a 2 BHK property here. The GeeCee Proximus possession date I received is June 2025.  

I will rate them 5 out of 5 in my GeeCee Proximus review.
