What are the Gera Adara Reviews, Hinjawadi, Pune?

I was looking for a project near my office location, and while searching for one, I came across this project. I called their customer service to gather information, and from them, I learned about the Gera Adara location, which is near Infosys Limited Pune, Phase 2, Hinjawadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjawadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. Now, I am planning to visit the project location before making any final decision. However, when I researched about this project online, I found that this is located close to,

• Hinjewadi Hospital, 4.4 km

• Shree Hospital, 4.6 km 

• Indira School of Career Studies, 3.3 km

• Mart Xpress, 2.5 km

Overall, I think this is a good one to invest in. I can share a few more insights once I visit this project.

While I was searching for a Vastu-compliant apartment, a friend of mine suggested me to check out this project. The first thing that I asked after visiting the property was whether it was Vastu compliant or not. The executive present there assured me that it was and showed me a 2 BHK unit. I loved the whole layout of the apartment and found it to be spacious. It also receives a lot of natural light. Following that, he told me about a few amenities of the project, which are a children's play area, clubhouse, swimming pool, park, etc. It also has proper security and power backup. I was also informed that this is a RERA registered project and the GERA Adara RERA number is P52100000889. I booked 2 BHK here after that. 

A few weeks back, I came to know about this project after coming across a few Gera Adara reviews. I visited the location of this project, and learned that the project was completed in May 2023 and is currently ready to move in. I also asked the executive about the Gera Adara unit configuration and price. He provided me with a list which I have added below,

The prices seemed quite low to me, and thus, I decided to buy a 2 BHK unit. Some paperwork is still left, after which I will be able to occupy it.
