This Godrej Ascend review is based on my recent visit to this project. My sister called me a few days back and asked me to accompany her to check this project. Her main requirement was that the project should be close to her office and this project was nearby. During our visit, an executive provided us with all the information, such as unit size, price, amenities, etc. he also told us that the Godrej Ascend location is a strategic one and is close to various key palaces. Some of those are

  • The metro stations that are closest to Godrej Ascend are Manpada and Kapurbawdi.

  • The Kapurbawadi Metro Station is also closeby. 

  • Jaiganesh Bus stop, 4 mins

  • D.A.V. Public School, 6 mins

  • DMart, 2 mins

  • Inox at R Mall, 4 mins

  • Global Hospital, 2 mins

  • Currae Speciality Hospital, 5 mins

All in all, this is a nice project, and my sister decided to purchase a unit here after knowing all of these. 

One of my criteria for purchasing an apartment was that I should be able to get possession within 3-4 years. This project provided exactly that, as the Godrej Ascend Possession Date is in April 2028. After learning about this, I visited the property and enquired about the Godrej Ascend RERA numbers, which were P51700034608,  P51700046541, and P51700049514. An executive also told us that the project is 6 acres big and has all sorts of modern facilities. I also got to see the 3D model of the project, after which I booked a 2 BHK here.

Godrej is one the best property builders in India, and I am quite aware of that. So, when my brother told me that they were launching a new project in Thane, I didn’t even wait a day. I got in touch with the customer support of the project and asked about the Godrej Ascend unit configuration and price. The executive shared the brochure with me; I have added floor plans and other information below.

While searching for investment opportunities in Mumbai, I came across the Godrej Ascend unit configuration list. I have added a list with the same information below.

After viewing this list, I planned to visit the project location, which is on Kolshet Road, Dhokali, Thane West, Mumbai, Thane, Maharashtra 400607. After visiting, I asked about the Godrej Ascend RERA number, which is P51700034608, P51700046541, and P51700049514. Since I already knew about the other details of the project, I booked a 3 BHK unit. My father asked me to check out this project after he came to know about it from one of his friends. Before visiting the project location, I decided to check a few Godrej Ascend reviews. From the review, I learned about the amenities of the project which are a tennis court, practice basketball court, gymnasium, swimming pool, etc. I also learned that they have a business centre. I visited the project and asked about the Godrej Ascend possession date, which an executive informed me was April 2028. After learning about all these, I informed my father about the same. He asked me to book a unit there.

I planned to have 2 BHK here but after learning about the Godrej Ascend possession date, I decided not to invest here. This project has just started and will take a minimum of four more years to complete. If you have time, you can wait. During my visit here, I inquired about the features of this project and learned that

  • This project will have 2 and 3 BHKs only

  • It is a RERA approved project and the Godrej Ascend RERA number is: P51700034608 | P51700046541; | P51700049514

  • It is spread across 6 acres of land and has 40+ amenities but most extraordinary among them is the sky sports arena

Guys the Godrej Ascend price might seem reasonable based on the location and features of the project but refrain from having a home here. The apartments are too small. If you check the Godrej Ascend unit configuration, you will understand how small the apartments are here. This project is highly dense and has small flats. 

There are discrepancies between what is being told by the sales team and the actual configuration and features of the apartments. I would not suggest you spend your hard-earned money on such projects. You better check out

Godrej appears to have lost faith in the value of their own brand. They appear to have overcharged the property and are anxious to sell it to consumers as quickly as possible by hiring unprofessional channel partners who would phone the same person three to four times each day. Apart from one project, which is desperate for Godrej, we understand that there are many other properties coming in and have already come in. However, your marketing team's desperation is having the opposite effect.

Other than this desperate marketing mentality, Godrej should reconsider its options.  It was overcrowded on the day of the

launch, and there was no effective administration, and not a single salesperson was helpful.

Godrej Ascend Thane is an upcoming project by the reputed Godrej Group. The Godrej Ascend location is it's biggest USP. Kolshet road is a 6 lane road and has a developed social infrastructure. The best schools like C P Goenka International School, Orchid High School, top hospitals like Bethany Hospital, Vedant Hospital, popular retails like Big Bazar, Dmart etc are in close vicinity. ,

  • Global Hospital is 1.5 km away

  • DMart Kolshet is 1.7km away

  • Hotel Vihang’s Inn is mere 1.9km from it

  • University of Mumbai Thane is 2km away

  • NH-48 is mere 2.6 km away

  • Leno Sports Park is 2.8 km far from it

  • Thane Railway Station is 6.2km away

  • CSM International Airport is a bit far, about 24 km away.

  • Kolshet Road Thane is well connected to Eastern Expressway Highway, Ghodbunder Road which connect Thane to Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. Lot of infrastructural developments are happening in the region to boost connectivity to Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Be it the Metro, Tunnel Roads or the Waterways or the Thane Station. Given to all the developments that are going to happen, real estate prices may boost up in the next 5 years. So an investment now makes a lot of sense.

I have a son of mere 5 years and honestly I want to have a safe play area for him in my new apartment. Security is also a big concern for me so I visited the godrej kolshet project myself and trust me it looks great. It has

  • Power Backup

  • Spacious Car Parking Area

  • CCTV and 24*7 Security

You can get 1, 2 or even 3 BHK apartments here with a carpet area starting from 381 sq ft and goes upto 863.00 sq ft.

Overall I loved it. I will be visiting it again with my mother soon and I hope I will get to know more facilities there. This is all I have to say about Godrej Ascend Review now.

I do not know why people ignore to look at the authentication of a project in the current age. Most of my friends did not even know whether their apartments are even RERA approved or not but I won’t take that risk. I too am looking for an apartment in the Godrej Ascend Thane Project since I know it is RERA approved, its ID is P51700034608. It has 98 flats and is in the Kolshet Road Thane. The apartments start from the range of Rs 74 Lacs to Rs 2.15 Cr which I believe is a very decent price as per the location. So if you ask me to rate Godrej Ascend Reviews, I would rate it 4 out of 5.
