What are the Godrej Greens Reviews, Undri, Pune?

We own a 3 BHK home in this society and the living experience has been nice thus far. One reason we were interested in the property was because of the builder. Godrej has a big name and their construction quality is amongst the best. We moved into the house last year and are quite satisfied with the interior work that’s been done. The Godrej Greens 3BHK price starts at Rs. 74 lakhs, which is a good deal, considering the offerings.

Another thing is the greenery that’s present on the premises. The name tells you about the aspect of nature that they’ve focused on. Even the Godrej Greens unit size is not bad. The 3 BHK we own has an area of about 918 sq. ft. A thumbs up from our side to the place.

I visited here last month with my parents to check out the 2 BHK. We were taken aback a bit by the space of the 2 BHK as the area was 613 sq. ft., which is small. However, we did like the construction quality and the house overall. There are a lot of amenities here, such as an aerobics room, amphitheatre, rainwater harvesting plant, cafeteria, yoga plaza, gym, swimming pool and more. Considering the locality of Undri and the price of the flat, which is Rs. 74 lakhs, we are in favour of going ahead with the property. 

Hi there. I moved into a 2 BHK here last year and would like to share my Godrej Greens review. The property is in Undri on the Kondhwa-Undri-Saswad Road. Most of the essentials are around the society. You can reach the Amanora Mall and Sahyadri Hospital in 20 minutes. Magarpatta and Hadapsar are also just 20 minutes away. So, overall, you can reach all such places at a convenient time. I like Undri as there’s a lot of social infrastructure here, making the Godrej Greens location a good one to live in.

The property area is also big, spread across 10 acres with 6 buildings. There are around 180 flats in total, with a decent space for both bike and car parking. In the Godrej Greens unit configuration, you’ll also find 3 BHK flats apart from the 2 BHK ones. So, if you are looking for a house like this, Godrej Greens is a good pick.
