What are the Godrej Park Retreat Reviews, Sarjapur, Bangalore?

I visited the property last week and what I found was the project is located in one of the prime locations of Sarjapur, that is near RGA Techpark, which makes it very convenient for IT professionals. Godrej Park Retreat unit size is 5.66 Lakhs sq ft and the unit configuration is 1,2, and 3 BHK apartments. 

Besides these, the project offers a wide range of amenities, from tennis court to exclusive spa. Investing here now would be a smart choice as the Godrej Park Retreat location is a major factor and will give a great return on investment. 

We are looking to invest in another property in Sarjapur and came across some Godrej Park Retreat reviews online. We visited the property last week and I can share some necessary information about the project. The project was launched in February 2022 and it is also RERA approved. The Godrej Park Retreat possession date is June 2028. The project is spread across 13 acres with 7 buildings and 976 units, starting from Rs. 44.99 Lakhs which we found really suitable for us. The Godrej Park Retreat RERA number is

The Godrej Park Retreat location is the main reason for me to have a house here. I am planning to buy an apartment here very soon, as it is very close to my son’s school, Delhi Public School. We can travel to our office, but for children, it becomes tough. The Godrej Park Retreat construction status is currently in its mid stage but is going at a good pace. But location is not the only reason. Some other reasons why we love this project are:

• You will get to see 2.3 hectares of greenery all around every day 

• There are more than 50 amenities available within this society

• Godrej Park Retreat price starts from Rs 45 lakh, which is quite affordable compared to other projects in Sarjapur

I visited this project just once and quite loved it. As for the Godrej Park Retreat completion date, know that this project will be completed by 2027. You have time to check it out, so do it and then decide. If you ask me, I will rate this project 4.3/ 5.

Godrej Park Retreat possession date is quite far, so I believe it is better to wait a few more years and see what more the project can give us. But one thing I can say about this project is that its price is way too much compared to the apartments they are offering. I work at Wipro Sarjapur and was planning to buy a house in this area. I visited this project and witnessed that the apartments are way too compact. I would at least be suffocated to spend my life here, so I am determined not to buy an apartment here. Certain other things that bothered me were:

• The number of PGs near this project is quite high.

• It is very close to lakes so it might get flooded easily, especially during the rainy season

• The location of a nearby cemetery is also something I did not like

Communication plays a vital role. Last time I was staying in an apartment on rent and every place from it was about 1 hr far. It was very problematic since I did not know how to rush towards a hospital if I needed to and had to leave it within a month only. I went to RGA a few times and during my visit there I went to check out the Godrej Park Retreat Sarjapur  which is only 8 minutes to 10 minutes from there. Since I had many transportation issues with the former place, I loved this project. It is about 

• 5 minutes from Ivy Rossa Hotel & Resort, 

• 5 minutes from Karmelaram railway Station

• 7 minutes from Kshema Hospital

• The Indus International School is about 30 minutes to 40 minutes far

I felt very safe and secure in this region as well so my rating for Godrej Park Retreat Review is 4 out of 5.

I recently got married and my in-laws are planning to gift us an apartment in Bangalore and start our new life and now it is our task to choose where we want to shift. We came across this Godrej Park Retreat Sarjapur project and were quite interested to check it out and did it as well. We are planning to have a 1 bhk apartment and the price of it starts from Rs. 45 Lacs approx. You might be knowing that one has to pay floor rise charges but here we were assured that no such charge will be taken and the GST is going to be 1% for us. It is in the middle of lush greenery and I loved the environment there. It is about 30 to 40 minutes far from Brookefield Mall and is well-connected with the rest of the city. As of now, this is all I have to say about Godrej Park Retreat Review and since it is quite more affordable than many other projects, I will recommend you all to visit this once.

I always look for the facilities I am to get. If I am paying for it, I must be getting all the basic facilities at least so that I don’t have to rush every time I need something. Godrej Park Retreat Sarjapur does provide several facilities which are actually great if you look at the prices. It has

• Jogging Track

• Kids play area

• Mini theatre

• swimming pool

• Tennis court

• Club house

• Gymnasium

• Party hall

• Video phone door

• Indoor games room

And many more may be. I can just remember these as of now and think they are sufficient. We are planning to buy a 2bhk here soon and the starting price of 2 bhk apartments here is about Rs. 63 Lacs. Hope this Godrej Park Retreat Review will help you.
