I would like to give you a review of Godrej Prime. We bought a 3 BHK house here last year and haven’t had complaints thus far. The society has 3 buildings comprising 600 units. As far as the Godrej Prime unit configuration goes, you’ll find 2 and 3 BHK flats here. One of the reasons why we went ahead with the property was the location. The property is situated near Samaj Mandir Hall on Road Number 1 in Sahakar Nagar in Kurla. The Nashik Highway and Kalyan Bypass Bus Stops are roughly 2 km away. Also, the Bhiwandi Road train station is just 4.5 km from the property.

Before finalising the property, we checked the RERA approval. Once we got the Godrej Prime RERA number, P51700027436, we were satisfied with the legal aspect of the property. Everything seemed nice in terms of construction quality and the open space, so we booked the flat. You can consider properties here.

Hi there. My father and I checked out a  2 BHK apartment in Godrej Prime a few weeks ago. The property is only a year old, so the flat’s condition is really good. We liked a lot of things about the society. The property area is quite big, spanning 7 acres of land. There is bike and car parking along with security staff at all the important points. Godrej is a reputed builder, who has built a lot of commercial and residential spaces, so that’s another factor we considered. Coming to the Godrej Prime location, the essentials are not too far away. You can reach the Dhanwantari and Prime Hospitals with a 3-4 km drive. In terms of shopping, there’s the Labor Gate Phoenix Marketcity Mall about 6 km from the property. So, there’s a good balance of everything in the property. We also liked the house's interiors quite a lot. Considering everything, we’ve decided to go ahead with the purchase.

We were looking for a 2 BHK apartment in Mumbai and came across this property. My partner and I visited the society last Sunday. One thing that impressed us was the amenities. Some of the ones I can remember include a skating rink, visitor’s parking, badminton court, gym, jogging track and children’s play area. The flats are also Vastu compliant, which is another aspect we wanted in the house. The Godrej Prime unit size is decent, with the 2 BHK’s carpet area being 650 sq. ft. We are yet to decide on this property as we’re considering other options, as well.
