This project is one of the premium residential projects by Godrej Properties, and if you’re aware of the builder, you’d know their past record of delivering some finest residential housings. My uncle recently invested in one project by Godrej, around last year, and he also mentioned their credibility. When my brother and I visited the project last month, we found that the project is under construction now, and the Godrej River Crest possession date is June 2029. Also, the project is enormous and occupies a massive area of 100 acres, with around 32,000 sq ft clubhouses. I also liked the surrounding area, which is filled with over 500 oxygen enhancing trees and a lot of shrubs, making it an environmentally friendly space.
